Return & Refund Policy

At yunopet.com, your satisfaction is important to us.
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the conditions below.
1. Return Period

We accept returns within 30 days from the delivery date.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Certain items (such as personal care products, customized goods, or final sale items) are not eligible for return.
2. Return Authorization

To start a return, please contact our Customer Service at support@yunopet.com.

We will provide you with the correct return address based on the product and the warehouse it was shipped from.

Do not return any items to the address of our company headquarters, as returns sent to the wrong location will not be processed.
3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

For defective or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return label or other solution.
4. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse, we will notify you by email.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error.
5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or videos showing the issue.

We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.

Our return addresses vary because we work with multiple warehouses (including CJdropshipping). Always wait for our instructions before sending any product back.
